A bit back {right here} we did a little swooning over the camera bags from Copper River Bag Company. When we find sweet things we love, it’s just in our nature to blab a bit about why they’re so great. Well…the Copper River Bag Co. got wind of our blabbity blab blabbing and they offered up a free bag to us for review & then GIVEAWAY! That’s right…..this great bag could be yours.
First of all, a camera bag should look good. There are many bags available that can get the job done but none that look as good as this one. It’s the perfect combination of rugged & broken in beauty & function. The Copper River Safari iPad Camera Bag is made from full grain leather, which means it’s not only thick, but it has, as they call them, “perfect imperfections” which give these amazing bags their character. “Full grain” is a term used for a type of leather that is superior in quality and is among the best you can buy. It is extremely durable and will only get better with age.
The messenger style functions well for travel, as the long strap can be adjusted to fit your height. It has a pad that slides around on the strap so you can position it in the place that works best for you. The strap works like a belt so you know it’s not going to come loose and need to be adjusted after you wear it a few times. Inside, there is plenty of room for your camera body and an extra lens as well as a wallet, phone and iPad. The bag also includes three durable brass snaps to ensure the bag will remain closed whether you carry it by the handle or use the adjustable shoulder strap.
The bags are a bit on the expensive side (close to $150), but if you are searching for something that looks beautiful, that will last a lifetime, is ultra durable, made in the USA and is a stylish camera, iPad + messenger bag, it might just be worth the investment. Plus…Copper River guarantees all of their products for 100 years. Book it.

This classic and lovely craft has been brought anew in recent years.
Modern applications have taken your grandmothers armchair to every area of the house.
{ReCreate}
Contrasted covered buttons, velvet upholstery and headboards that would make their Chesterfield ancestors proud.
At sugarSCOUT, one of our favorite design principles is mixing elegant with primitive, velvet with burlap, and tufting with barn board.
{hgtv}
Wall tufting is like a two-fer. You get unique interest with sound control making your dinner party cozier and your conversation more enjoyable.
Lacking space in your small bedroom? A wall mounted headboard can be simple to execute and buy you precious inches at the foot of the bed.
Own that 80’s glam headboard with some tufting & piping.
The moral of this story, don’t fear the tuft.
Here, Abby from FiveDaysFiveWays Blog walks you through upholstering an ottoman. Thanks Abby. This is both a great place to start and a gorgeous finish.
Have a super day scouters.
