This week our throwback recipe of the week is switching from savory to sweet.. we all could use more sweet in our lives.
Flaming Peach Jubilee Cake

Here’s a cake you’ll love served warm from the oven. A happy idea for breakfast some morning! Or dress it up for a dessert of a “4th meal” treat.
Fill and top baked layered Honey Spice Cake Mix with slightly sweetened whipped cream.
Drain canned peach halves; arrange them on cake.
In each, put sugar cube lump soaked in lemon extract.
Light the sugar, serve cake flaming!
